Croquetas de Bacalao: Cod fish croquettes over Spanish paprika aioli.

*Calamares a la Plancha: Grilled baby squid with white beans, tomatoes, capers and rosemary sauce.

Crab Cake Mediterranean:  Grilled crab cakes over a red pepper coulee.

*Mejillones al Vino Blanco:  P.E.I. mussels sautéed in a garlic, olive oil, parsley, tomatoes and white wine sauce.  Served with a side of French fries.

Chorizo Espanol: Sauteed Spanish sausage with white beans, figs and a Rioja reduction sauce.

Bruscheta: Fresh tomatoes, basil, oregano, and olive oil over toasted garlic Tuscan bread.

Berengena Rellena de Vegetales: Baby eggplant stuffed with mushrooms, peppers, onions and spinach, topped with melted gorgonzola cheese in capers and cherry tomatoes.

*Gambas al Ajillo: Sauteed jumbo shrimp in a garlic sauce.

*Gambas a la Plancha: Grilled jumbo shrimp over chickpea puree and drizzled olive oil.

Queso de Cabra:  Herb-encrusted goat cheese over marinara sauce and toasted bread.

Piquillos Rellenos de Cordero:  Spanish piquillos peppers stuffed with lamb and a port Shallot reduction.

*Lomo de Cerdo: Medallions of roasted pork tenderloin topped with tetilla cheese and Spanish piquillos pepper sauce.

Alcachofas Salteadas: Fresh artichoke hearts sautéed in a capers, tomatoes, garlic, and white wine sauce.

*Steak Tartare: Crostini Parmesan, truffle vinaigrette and quail egg.
